Don't assume anyone's gender.

We all know best who we are or who we want to become. Politely ask about pronouns if you are unsure. Gentleness and kindness for ourselves and the other person are key.

Think about your privileges.

Even if you feel you are right: always leave room for other people with different experiences. Before you write something, ask yourself whether it is constructive, respectful, and kind.

Respect
Queer Prom

Let us respect each other in all our differences.

It's okay to disagree, as long as we don't insult or demean each other. Remember: Unity and solidarity are our strengths.
